Very clean clinic with the best staff, always deliver the best quality care you could ask for when your pet needs medical care, from the minute you arrive for your appointment to when your pet is discharged, I cannot fault a single thing, they are truly amazing at what they do. Also Raquel is brilliant and has looked after our dog the few times we’ve been here. 5/5 stars from us.

My elderly dog has been in twice now to Torringtons. Both times for operations on his Cruciate ligaments (each leg separate occasions). He’s a flat faced breed and also has eye problems. The care he received was wonderful. He stayed overnight with lovely caring staff. Every aspect of his operation was explained to me. His eye drops were applied frequently and he was given his favourite food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Torringtons. They treated my dog like he was their own. He is now fully recovered and even at 11 years old he can still run after a squirrel! Thank you all at Torringtons!

Andy has cared for my own and rescued animals for over 10 years. From birth to death, I can say they have had kind and compassionate treatment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Called ahead as I wanted to register my shynx'. The receptionist was really knowledgeable, and registration was easy. Cats were really calm with the male vet, who was great and allayed any concerns I had about spay/neuter for this breed.

So caring with our beautiful boy Bane,we lost our boy but their compassion and care made a heartbreaking decision more bearable.Thank you all so much .

Fabulous practice and staff, very approachable and personable. Make you feel very welcome and obviously love animals, can leave your pet knowing they are in safe hands. This place!! I dont have enough praise for these guys. My dog Frank was in there more then he was out. He loved going here, me not so much. But the love, attention and care he got from every vet he saw there was amazing. It was hard to see him go but knowing he'd been cared for so much by this vets helped heal a little. The receptionist we're also as amazing. Getting him in as soon as possible. I'll always be thankful.

Thank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.

Very Nice staff and very welcoming, as a owner of a reactive dog it’s hard to find vets that are willing to work with you and wants the best for your dog, would 100% recommend white cross vets to anyone looking for a new vet

As ever, 5 stars. The staff are just brilliant with animals (as you would expect) but not pushy when it comes to recommending non- treatment. The floors are regularly washed in the reception area & the tables used for the animals in the rooms are sanitized after every use.

Excellent vets. One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.

Lovely vets!! Reception staff are so kind and make such an effort every time you come in you can really tell they care for everyone that comes in! Vets are excellent my dog recently had surgery and the aftercare was amazing and was so helpful with any questions we had

Came for the first time with my African Grey Ruby, Matt was amazing with handling and with giving me useful information. I was nervous of how it would go but it couldn't have gone any better! Back home now whistling as usual!

Outstanding vets. Have all my animals with them and can honestly say they are the best around. My dog actually likes visiting them and he’s had at least two operations. Just shows you how much they look after and care for them when they have to stay overnight. 10/10. I would give them more if I could. My dog Blu gives them a solid paws up :)

Donaldsons are fantastic! They are caring, knowledgable professional, people who have always been there when my many rescues have needed them.

Booked to have my cat seen as she was clearly unwell, despite not being registered I was signed up in minutes and had an appointment within the hour on a Saturday morning. Amazingly compassionate staff at a very difficult time. My pet was handled with care and respect until her final moments. I will trust Donaldsons with all my future pets, thank you.

We have been coming here for about 30 years now. The prices and veterinary care was excellent. However the prices have increased considerably from the last time I had the misfortune to visit. It is now £59 for a consultation which is about the going rate now. Very efficient service with good care.

Following a plethora of surgeries, a thyroidectomy on one dog, a hematoma on another and lymphomas removed on a further dog, I have nothing but praise for this surgery. From the helpful receptionists to the kindness of the nurses and the skills of the veterinary surgeons, I cannot recommend highly enough. Procedures are explained and extras are never pushed. Currently in awe of the embroidery work on my Labradors cauliflower ear! Prices are the best around too.

My cat had an out break fleas all over his ears - 24 hours later they have gone. Kind vets, quick appointment and lovely reception staff who make you so welcome and at ease.

Used this vets for years having dogs . Now having lost my last dogs due to old age, now have a cat 17 years old and becoming concerning. The lady vet we saw was absolutely spot on . Listened and discussed the problem which was heartwarming. The lady in question was called iris and was one of the best we have ever seen. Could have gone down the road of blood tests and xrays but at 17 years old is too much. Cats have 9 lives, maybe he's on his ninth.

A very friendly and helpful vets. They took us on when our vet in Dewsbury said they didn’t have enough vets to help us. We rang every vet in the Wakefield area to get Milly her booster and her nails cut under sedation (she won’t let anyone near her paws) and they were all full. Yorkshire Vets said they could help. Really happy with them.

Another visit for Cooper and Wilson’s annual booster. Cooper and Wilson again always so excited when we go. The team are so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Receptionists are so lovely and friendly, Jennifer is a really lovely vet, always listens to the owner and takes her time to help you. Her experience and professionalism shines through. In my years I have seen many vets owning Dogs and horses. It's lovely to have a vet that's friendly, has an amazing way with the dog and is very experianced. All the vets are lovely and caring I have seen at Yorkshire vets but Jennifer is the one I will see if I can win my two dogs. Good experience throughout

Had my dogs registered here for over 2 years now, and i have to say i not disappointed at all so far. Both my American xl bullies and my french bulldog are in the pet health club, so all the fleaing and wormimg medication is included. Recently, I had my xl bullies neutered and spayed. The procedures were done with precision and minimal scarring, and they both received 25% off the total amounts due to the pet health club. The majority of staff are lovely and took a shine to my babies straight away. They received 5* service hands down,i only wish it was closer to me, lol.

Brighouse Veterinary Centre always provide the very best level of care for all of my pets. Everything is explained thoroughly and they make even the most complicated issues easy to understand. They always have the best interests of the animal in mind and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know for all their veterinary needs.

I have moved from another Brighouse Vets to this one and it is the best thing we have done for our cats….. the vets and all the staff are amazing, compassionate and have cared about our cats! They have been very supportive and never try to sell us something else whilst we are there… they concentrate on our pet and the best outcome for them. I honestly would not go to any other vet now - we have found a place we trust so much xx

Brill vets!!! Unfortunately my rabbit was born with a lower narrow jaw and now causing him adult dental problems. *His insurance won’t cover cost* and still in a battle with them about. So I have to front all the cost for now. I’m currently waiting and saving up for his teeth extractions surgery which I very pricey! But Brighouse vets continue to help relive his pain by doing the routine works. Thank you so much for keeping him here with his family including his brothers who love him dearly! Highly recommend :)
