Fantastic service from all reception staff and vets. Staff have always tried to get a timely appointment for our dog when needed. Feels like a local independent vets despite being a chain, thank you!

Reception staff, vets and nurses alike are very caring and understanding. They show incredible patience with our grumpy old dog and you don't feel rushed in your appointment. I feel confident that they always treat my dog in the way that is best for her and us.

Wonderful team of Vets ( We had John and Simon) and the efficient and friendly staff who looked after both of our dogs amazingly after they unbelievably both became seriously ill with different issues during the very stressful 'lockdown' period. Under very difficult social distancing conditions, the Vets treated Brian the dog and us with the utmost care and consideration, explaining everything carefully, kindly and thoroughly by telephone and always explaining options of treatments. Unfortunately a large tumour was found after Brian collapsed at home and a major surgery was scheduled for the very next day. Thanks to Simon we will have Brian for a while longer and he is back to his happy self. Our other dog was hospitalised right at the start of the lockdown with severe Pancreatitis. Again the service and level of care was exceptionally high and it's clear that all the staff adore the animals. I think John the vet drove Roxy to the Vets4Pets Overnight hospital facility at Birstall himself that evening. This was at the very start of the lockdown and the vet practice couldn't immediately get any low fat food delivered which was now required for Roxy. One of the staff brought in some of her own dog's low fat food from home for me to help while we waited for the deliveries to start up again. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and I'm so happy I chose them a few years ago to start going to.

It was the first time for our kitten Lavender and she was seen by Alice who was lovely. Highly recommended!
