Really calm, kind vet treated my cat. Very reassuring. Explained all options very clearly. Excellent service.

Ashland’s Veterinary Skipton are amazing. So attentive and helpful. Each team member is fab. My dog unfortunately had to have drops in his eye earlier this year, he is now a little nervous when coming to the vets. But the team always do their best to make him comfortable and also offered to invite him to see the nurse just to say hello and get used to the environment again and make his future visits more pleasant.

There is parking outside, the reception was clean and welcoming, as were the staff. The vet was excellent by way of taking time to answer questions and explain options. He was gentle and supportive with the examination and vaccination. I would highly recommend.

Two years on, and they're still a... Great surgery and team. Unfussy, kind, efficient service, at good value - this is a vet that charges reasonable prices. Easy to get an appointment, no long waits, personal welcome for us, both animal and humans. The Healthy Pet Club is still a no-brainier, for what you get, at £20.75 a month. Lastly, they were really kind when our older dog died, keeping his remains cool and safe while I dug his grave, lending me the stretcher, generally being good undertakers - you don't forget.

I cannot recommend Ashlands in Skipton highly enough. While away on our Christmas break, our boxer needed urgent attention, and the team at this clinic was absolutely fantastic - especially Victoria and Fiona. Despite it being Christmas Eve, they were quick to accommodate us, providing prompt and efficient service. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly caring. They handled our energetic (and sometimes challenging!) boxer Maya with patience and expertise, putting both our pet and us at ease during a pretty stressful time. It’s rare to find such dedication and compassion, especially during the holidays, but this team went above and beyond. If you’re ever in need of excellent veterinary care, look no further.
