Used this vets for years having dogs . Now having lost my last dogs due to old age, now have a cat 17 years old and becoming concerning. The lady vet we saw was absolutely spot on . Listened and discussed the problem which was heartwarming. The lady in question was called iris and was one of the best we have ever seen. Could have gone down the road of blood tests and xrays but at 17 years old is too much. Cats have 9 lives, maybe he's on his ninth.

A very friendly and helpful vets. They took us on when our vet in Dewsbury said they didn’t have enough vets to help us. We rang every vet in the Wakefield area to get Milly her booster and her nails cut under sedation (she won’t let anyone near her paws) and they were all full. Yorkshire Vets said they could help. Really happy with them.

My cat had an out break fleas all over his ears - 24 hours later they have gone. Kind vets, quick appointment and lovely reception staff who make you so welcome and at ease.

Great veterinary surgery made all the better by efficient, polite & helpful staff. Great location & easy to find ,head into the retail park and it's just off the mini roundabout next to KFC & the Sue Ryder charity shop. Ample parking with dedicated disabled bays and easy access into the surgery (including wheelchair access). Inside there's a large air conditioned reception area with lots of seating plus toilet facilities. It is spotlessly clean and as a rule they run very much on time so make sure you're not late for your appointment! Regarding pet care, I have always found Animal Trust to be pragmatic & efficient whilst keeping cost relatively low.

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Tim and Christian to our charity. To have access to such skilled Vets with a pragmatic attitude to horse welfare is well worth the journey. The Here4Horses Team

Vet grace came out to my pony yesterday after he had a fall in the field, she gave my pony a very in depth examination the decided to X-ray,finding a fracture to my pony’s pedal bone. Grace spoke through all next steps with my pony we didnt feel rushed. Will certainly be using Grace again. I couldn’t Thankyou enough for the care given to my boy x

For over 30 years I’ve been a client and had numerous of horses cared for along the way by Hirds . Peter is an amazing vet, finding most issues straight away. Tim is amazing and we thank him again for all that time done for our horses. We have our riding school horses cared for the past 17 years and Hirds are professional and caring. We also use Hirds small animal in Halifax town for our other animals. Thank you to every team member as there are so many team members taking part in our horses care. Special thanks to Vet Christian for his kindness and horsemanship with Leo’s operation, Jacks tooth out , Merrylegs ear scan , and Vets Sophie & Danielle & Hannah for managing our worm counts, and all the other ailments that come along. Receptionists are so lovely and friendly, Jennifer is a really lovely vet, always listens to the owner and takes her time to help you. Her experience and professionalism shines through. In my years I have seen many vets owning Dogs and horses. It's lovely to have a vet that's friendly, has an amazing way with the dog and is very experianced. All the vets are lovely and caring I have seen at Yorkshire vets but Jennifer is the one I will see if I can win my two dogs. Good experience throughout

Absolutely fantastic staff, did there hardest to comfort me as I had to have my dog put to sleep and also gave me a paw print pic and some fur in a little bottle, I was over the moon with that

The receptionist Tracey was friendly, polite and explained and helped me to sign up to the pet plan immediately. She explained what was included, the price breakdown and gave me leaflets to explain. The vet Tavi was amazing. So knowledgeable and understanding of my dog and his temperament. Knew exactly what to do and how to handle him. It was the first time I came to this practice having recently moved the area and I'm so relieved I've found such a friendly, caring practice with a vet who can help my dog Noodle. Thank you so much. Next time I won't feel so nervous to come along with my pup! :)

I’ve been using this vet practice for years. I’ve always found all the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. This morning my cat had an appointment with Tavi. Not only did Tavi look at the issue my cat had gone in for but looked at two other little issues as well. Not only is Tavi a great vet he is also a nice person. Very friendly, approachable and caring.

I had used Companion Care for 14 years and. 5months under Mr Tavi Galla and his staff. I Highley recommend them. Sadly my lovely Border Collie Molly has just passed over the Rainbow Bridge.

The staff do an amazing job, I took a Woodcock in that flaw into the side of a building, sadly the bird didn't make it due to it's injury, but the staff we're amazing and do an amazing job looking after animals, thank you

We had to take our cat, Nectar, to Holly House out of hours, and the care we received was exceptional. The team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, which made such a stressful situation a little easier to handle. They explained everything clearly and treated Nectar with such kindness and respect. It’s reassuring to know that such great care is available when you need it most. My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

Superb service , friendly , and even tho it was after 8pm we was seen in around 15 to 20mins , through check up of our dog and sorted the issue out , she's back to her normal cheeky self after the nausea injection Thank you

Where do I start amazing the lovely vet that we had seen with Daisy was fabulous and made us feel at ease and made Daisy feel very relaxed as she is an old nervous girl but she has now started eating and drink after a very stressful 8 days I called the out of hour vets last night and spoke to the vet that looked after Daisy and I just thanked her for her help and Daisy is now on the mend ❤️‍🩹 so so grateful for your time and knowledge and support and understanding Thank you !!! As you can see daisy is starting to get better ❤️‍🩹
