Needed an emergency vets whilst on holiday in Whitby. Skeldale was able to see us promptly and the consulation fee was far less than some other quotes we received. It was a 100 mile round trip but it was worth it. Staff are all very friendly and polite and the vet clearly explained the treatment options and costs. The vet did a fantastic job treating our dog. Couldn't fault them in any way and would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.
Everybody who works here is wonderful, the receptionists are so welcoming and comforting, and the medical staff have been great with our dog. Thankyou to all of them
Our puppy Ted is making great progress with his weekly confidence classes. He loves his visits and all of the fuss and attention from the fantastic staff. It’s a brilliant service allowing dogs to gain confidence visiting the vets.
As an emergency appointment on a Sunday the staff were absolutely wonderful. Can’t thank them enough x
The practice staff were professional , kind understanding and informative throughout when we had a poorly pet. Unfortunately our pet didn’t make it but the staff handled everything with kindness and love . Taking care of the insurance afterwards also was a great help. I would highly recommend this practice.
