My old dog Sox is always happy to visit this vets. They are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The staff do an amazing job, I took a Woodcock in that flaw into the side of a building, sadly the bird didn't make it due to it's injury, but the staff we're amazing and do an amazing job looking after animals, thank you

After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

We had to take our cat, Nectar, to Holly House out of hours, and the care we received was exceptional. The team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, which made such a stressful situation a little easier to handle. They explained everything clearly and treated Nectar with such kindness and respect. It’s reassuring to know that such great care is available when you need it most. I’d highly recommend Holly House for anyone needing out-of-hours vet services. Thank you to the team for everything you did for us and for Nectar!

Took my sick bunny Noel into the surgery at Brayton. Could not have received better service. In particular Angie, Dawn & Emily were just fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. First time visiting since we moved to the area. Very welcoming when we arrived and the vet was excellent with keeping my cat calm. Really pleased with the detailed explanations and clarity of pricing. Happy to have such a reassuring vet clinic in the area! Standard of care is excellent. Opening times are limited but can usually get an appointment within a couple of days. Very pushy with medication and always seem to prescribe something. Pet plan seems a good option to save money.

Sue the vet was brilliant at handling our nervous dog when having his yearly vaccination and health check. She was very calm when he displayed aggression. It made the experience a lot less stressful for us and our pup. I highly recommend Sue as a vet. She gave good advice on how we can tackle future appointments for our nervous dog.

Routine checkup visit yesterday but as always very friendly staff and the animals are front and centre of their care and attention. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Never had a bad experience at Beechwood. They have, over the years, Tenderly & with sensitivity helped us say goodbye to 3 of our dogs & their care from all staff is wonderful.

Very pleasant surgery which is always very clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my. vet who I've been seeing for many years with my many dogs. I trust him to give me the correct advice and treat my pet efficiently and kindly.

Everything about this place is brilliant they was amazing with my dog Seth he went in for a MRI and a few other things, we were so nervous about leaving him, the ladies at the front were all so nice kept us informed with everything going on, and Bethan was amazing with Seth and made us feel at ease told us everything and listened to all our concerns. SWIFT Emergency service. Well in our hour of need, these guys turned up trumps. Very kind staff. Very obliging with our personal needs. Great facility. I had no hesitation leaving my dog Murphy there for overnight meds & recuperation. Thank you so very much.

Just read the 1 star reviews and this is really sad for the owners of the pets, sorry you had these experiences. My dog was involved in a car accident - she was hit by a car and we were referred by emergency to Swift by our local Vet, the staff; from reception staff through to the expert vet’s who carried out the operation were absolutely amazing. Compassionate, caring, thorough & attentive - we were quite worried obviously and were never off the phone while Willow our dog stayed with swift, the staff sent regular updates and photos of her, it was never too much trouble. 10/10 from us. Highly recommend BIG thanks from us and Willow!

We have our precious girl Bella at Swifts, where she is being treated for cancer. The vet, Bethan, all the nurses and the front of house staff are just amazing. We know how this jounery will eventually end with Bella but the care and treatment that Bella is receiving to prolong her life is just incredible. The loving care for Bella and us as a family is the best anyone could ever wish for. Such an incredible team. ❤️

My cat knows his own mind, and he knows that he DOESN’T like vets. He’s been very roughly treated in the past by other practices - pinned down, scuffed, wrapped in towels like a burrito by nurses and he fought like a bear - he remembers! It wasn’t like that last night at Abbey House Kippax. Yes, he was nervous, he hissed and grumbled but he was spoken to kindly, stroked and cajoled throughout by the lovely vet. I was explained her thought processes throughout, possible diagnoses, meds, tests, etc and when he’d had enough - it was quickly back in the box ‘so we don’t upset him’. A relatively painless procedure. He returns next week. I’d highly recommend Abbey House Kippax.

The receptionist and vet were both very kind and professional, we had a friendly greeting as soon as we walked into the building and the vet was so caring and gentle with our puppy. Very pleased with the overall service and conditions of the practice.

Friendly and professional staff, always fantastic with our dogs.Abby house is a little bit more expensive than some vets but Worth paying that little bit more for their excellent service and care.

The team and the vet were absolutely lovely. They answered all my questions and were very reassuring.

I have been with Purple vets for around 5 or 6 years now with my 2 cats. The staff and vets have always had my best interests. The nurses there have always been so friendly and when I’ve called for advice they’ve been able to give a helping hand. One of my cats was recently diagnosed with cancer and as pain relief and steroids weren’t helping the size of the mass I asked for advice on other options. They referred me to paragon. It may have not been the positive result I hoped for but they still went above and beyond to make sure I got the answers I needed. When my cat had to be PTS they were there and there was no rush, I was able to say my last goodbyes to my dear old friend before she went over the rainbow bridge. They were very empathetic and supportive throughout the process. I always gave them a call if I needed advice. Consultations are free and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend using Purple vets to others. Thank you for helping me through a very difficult time.

Shopped around for a local vet to have my dog neutered. I was recommended to try Purple Vets who I decided to contact. From beginning to end the staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. They were very thorough when advising me on after care. I can highly recommend them.
