We have been with this vets for 23 years & through the takeover to Pennards vets. I took our latest kitten for his kitten check up as we needed to get some clarification on his age etc being a “foundling” I cannot tell you how lovely the vet we saw was. This vet had all the time in the would for our kitten & actually fell in love with him because he was to date the youngest she has seen in that surgery. We weren’t upsold anything & have our next appointment booked.

My 15 year old dog Charlie gets the best possible care here. Always very thorough and Charlie is very relaxed there, as opposed to other larger vets. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Never have long waits to be seen. Communication is efficient regarding appointments and drugs to collect.

Just had a very awkward nail clipping with my extremely stressed dog. I've got to say Tiffany and Amy were exceptional! We had to reset to calm my dog down but they didn't give up and they got the job done. Very professional and thoroughly lovely people. Can't speak highly enough. Thanks again 🙂

Always so helpful. We take both our dogs and our cat to this vet. With three pets that all have very different needs we make regular visits each month which could be stressful at other vets. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly that it’s never a problem and I leave feeling confident that my pets have received great treatment.

My first time there with our new dog a 1 year old rottweiler . I was very impressed with all the staff and were marvellous with our Rex .
