I have a 5 month old puppy who was groomed by Katie at Southborough Pet Groomers. Katie asked me what I’d like done, then repeated it back to me at the start of the appointment. After grooming, she gave me details about the groom and had discovered a small rash in the paw pads. She told me to rinse well with water after every muddy walk and keep it dry, which cleared up the rash within a week. I’ve had the puppy groomed elsewhere before and noticed a difference here in customer service, care for the pets and attention to detail. As well as an extremely good groom, despite having a fidgeting 5 month old puppy to manage. I found this groomers on Google, and I’m willing to shop around to find the right fit for me and my pet, but I’m glad I won’t need to anymore. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my beautiful long haired diva cat - Karen! To this groomer for a few months now and I have to say they are not only super friendly there but Karen (my cat) is always taken so well cared off and they listened to me when I first attended, which many places didn’t. I’ve had issues in the past with my requests, but it wasn’t a problem at all with these guys. I highly recommend them and they really do have the best interests of your animal at heart

Sarah does a fantastic job washing and clipping our Cockapoo. Our dog hates being groomed and the team manage a difficult dog with skill and patience. Highly recommended.

The only thing that was tough was the cold waiting room apart from that a very professional attitude and treated my dog with love and respect. Which filled my heart with the trust knowing my dog was being fairly treated and cared for. I have already recommended this wonderful grooming salon to my friends

We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

I recently took my cat Bella to the vets to have her spayed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. We have been with Pennards for five years with our shih tzu Bubbles, they have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring. She went to the puppy classes too which was great for her socialising We would definitely recommend this clinic, as well as Sevenoaks when Bubbles was neutered there

This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

I cannot recommend these vets enough. They have been so kind and caring while looking after my rabbit Lily. They always made appointments available, often at very short notice as her health deteriorated. The compassion and empathy they displayed at the end of Lily’s life was comforting and respectful. I had her cremated and they all signed a sympathy card with a touching hand written message. They also had taken footprints and a cutting of her hair. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making Lily’s last few months a peaceful and happy experience. I will be forever grateful ❤️

The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. Our rabbit was very poorly. Reception staff were fantastic and upfront about costs. George the vet was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits, probably the most expert we've met. Lovely place, staff, environment and particularly knowledgeable about exotic pets. I know my animals are in safe hands.

We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Also had a chat with our local pet shop that backed up the good reviews I'd heard elsewhere. Great stuff so far. Thanks.

We rung the practice and explained what had happed to Bonnie. She was able to be booked in that same day even though we didn’t ring up at the opening time of the practice. The vet was really nice and explained clearly and sensitively the options we had for Bonnie. She was given treatment straight away and sent home with further treatment that was clearly explained to us how to use. Bonnie was able to be booked in for emergency surgery for the next day and is now recovering well.

I am very satisfied with the way I am greeted by reception staff. All the vets/nurses are always friendly and l like how nice and friendly they are to Bennie. I would have liked more information on what to feed Bennie (he is a German Spitz) a breed I have never dealt with.

This Pets at home is probably the best Vet you can find around. The staff is super friendly (Especially Dawn). We've been customer for many years, and every-time they have been helpful, from the receptionist, vet nurse, vet... well everyone. And I can tell we do go there often, not by choice... but clearly our dogs must be coordinated between each others which one is the next one to need a consultation... on a monthly basis.

My toothless old boy Billy (cat) was I thought at the end of his days. Vet Joanne was having none of it , A Jab and some anti inflammatory treatment has seen him back to his very annoying pushy demanding ways. I couldn't be happier or more surprised, Many thanks.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

We used Vets Now in Tunbridge Wells on a Sunday. From start to finish it was a smooth experience which is so important when you have a poorly pooch who needs help. We were provided with all the info we needed to find the place and letting them know we were coming was easy too. Once we arrived we were quickly seen and the Vet took the time to understand the background and gave us detailed advice on options. The vet was also very open about costs and when giving advice was able to tell us about risks and benefits of options and also the costs so we could make an informed decision. The vet had sent a report to our regular vet on the Sunday so when I went to see our normal cat Monday morning they had all the info to hand. The process for doing an insurance claim was clearly set out too. As with all emergency out of hour vet services the costs are a lot more than standard vet costs but I didn’t find the costs here more than other out of our vet services. It was the first time I’ve used them, and now I’ll be very comfortable taking our dog there if we needed out of ours care again. Thank you for taking care of our dog and for all the advice.

Really pleased! Our rabbit, James, was unwell and our normal vet was not available. I was able to get him seen within 30min. The veterinarian was very good with James, gave me clear after care instructions. I found the cost a little high but James is fine and it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend them if you need an emergency vet.

My cat needed emergency care on a busy bank holiday weekend. She spent 36 hours in the care of Vets Now and all of the staff I met or spoke to were wonderful. They held the animals care at the top of their priority, staying on way past their shift end time. Although the bill was eye watering I can’t fault the service. Thank you to all the staff especially vet Bella H.
