We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

I’ve been with the vet practice for over seven years. The care has always been excellent. And really helpful. Leaving a review today as my cockapoo had surgery and everything was superb. Lots of info before and after -sent on email as well . Great support from the vet team. And one dog who is still excited to go to the vets!

I have a 5 month old puppy who was groomed by Katie at Southborough Pet Groomers. Katie asked me what I’d like done, then repeated it back to me at the start of the appointment. After grooming, she gave me details about the groom and had discovered a small rash in the paw pads. She told me to rinse well with water after every muddy walk and keep it dry, which cleared up the rash within a week. I’ve had the puppy groomed elsewhere before and noticed a difference here in customer service, care for the pets and attention to detail. As well as an extremely good groom, despite having a fidgeting 5 month old puppy to manage. I found this groomers on Google, and I’m willing to shop around to find the right fit for me and my pet, but I’m glad I won’t need to anymore. Highly recommend.

Sarah does a fantastic job washing and clipping our Cockapoo. Our dog hates being groomed and the team manage a difficult dog with skill and patience. Highly recommended.

The only thing that was tough was the cold waiting room apart from that a very professional attitude and treated my dog with love and respect. Which filled my heart with the trust knowing my dog was being fairly treated and cared for. I have already recommended this wonderful grooming salon to my friends

I cannot recommend these vets enough. They have been so kind and caring while looking after my rabbit Lily. They always made appointments available, often at very short notice as her health deteriorated. The compassion and empathy they displayed at the end of Lily’s life was comforting and respectful. I had her cremated and they all signed a sympathy card with a touching hand written message. They also had taken footprints and a cutting of her hair. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making Lily’s last few months a peaceful and happy experience. I will be forever grateful ❤️

This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. This practice is exactly what we were looking for in a veterinary service. I honestly don't think it could be any better. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Always very helpful. They looked after our cat very carefully as he recovered from a leg amputation.

Missed my appointment by a couple of minutes. Ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes. I do understand that when it's your pet you don't want to be rushed but make the appointment slot longer. When you get to see the vet it is a good experience.

The receptionist team are very kind & always do their best to fit you in for last minute appointments. The vets are very professional and knowledgeable and have even accommodated offering over the phone advice when needed. They always take their time and don’t rush their appointments.

Was with Dacre House many years ago, then moved out of area BUT moved back 4 years later. Re-enrolled with Dacre House, updated my pets and wouldn’t go to any other vets. Israel was so caring with my young cat and (hopefully) treated her promptly. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We rung the practice and explained what had happed to Bonnie. She was able to be booked in that same day even though we didn’t ring up at the opening time of the practice. The vet was really nice and explained clearly and sensitively the options we had for Bonnie. She was given treatment straight away and sent home with further treatment that was clearly explained to us how to use. Bonnie was able to be booked in for emergency surgery for the next day and is now recovering well.

I am very satisfied with the way I am greeted by reception staff. All the vets/nurses are always friendly and l like how nice and friendly they are to Bennie. I would have liked more information on what to feed Bennie (he is a German Spitz) a breed I have never dealt with.

This Pets at home is probably the best Vet you can find around. The staff is super friendly (Especially Dawn). We've been customer for many years, and every-time they have been helpful, from the receptionist, vet nurse, vet... well everyone. And I can tell we do go there often, not by choice... but clearly our dogs must be coordinated between each others which one is the next one to need a consultation... on a monthly basis.

Really pleased! Our rabbit, James, was unwell and our normal vet was not available. I was able to get him seen within 30min. The veterinarian was very good with James, gave me clear after care instructions. I found the cost a little high but James is fine and it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend them if you need an emergency vet.

My cat needed emergency care on a busy bank holiday weekend. She spent 36 hours in the care of Vets Now and all of the staff I met or spoke to were wonderful. They held the animals care at the top of their priority, staying on way past their shift end time. Although the bill was eye watering I can’t fault the service. Thank you to all the staff especially vet Bella H.
