We were seen promptly on a Sunday night and vet took full care of our dog. All very attentively, patiently and kindly. Great reassurance and really appreciate the immediate assistance.

Big thank you to vets Vicky and Johan, and the entire team for looking after our lovely boy over the last weekend. We were shown exceptional care and compassion, we were kept informed about our cat’s progress. Yes, very pricey, but we understand that the staff work nights and weekends, rent cost etc. Thank you team!

Had a desperate emergency , our beautiful cat had collapsed and was clearly in a lot of pain , rang in panic and they advised immediately and we rushed him there , their care and compassion was exceptional and so kind , thoughtful. The outcome was the worst possible we could imagine but both Lauren and Charlotte could not have done any more, truly exceptional care and kindness. In such an awful situation they helped immensely, which I was unable to convey my gratitude fully due to the loss. As always a fabulous visit to Lakeview Vets in Deal, Kent. Eva, the vet I usually see listened and advised a plan to help my cat Lily's problem. Lily-lu was not stressed, even purred and we came home happy and relaxed. Thank you.

Dog friendly and lovely place. The soup was tasty. We could relax after the forest walking.

Had coffee and cake here after a walk in the forest nearby. Everything tasted great, especially the ice cream alongside the crumble was the star of the show. Enough shade in the garden for us and the dog on such a hot day.

Fantastic help for people who have pets and are on low income! They’re always so helpful and I wouldn’t know where to get help for my pets without them! The cat however is less impressed with her new lampshade accessory.

Our dog had an emergency CT scan yesterday and the care and compassion was fantastic. Not only for our woofy but also for us as my husband had a medical incident whilst running through her treatment. I cannot thank the vets enough and the other staff who took it in their stride and saw to my husband as well as our dog: I’m sorry I don’t know all your names to mention you personally but your acts of kindness were amazing. I really can't find the right words to say how grateful i am to everyone at barton vets . Their care and dedication to my cat "Dotty" definitely saved her life !!. They were all very kind to me as I was a total wreck . She stayed 5 nights and 6 days . They brought her back from the brink . On Friday I brought my bearded dragon Arizona in to be seen by the vet because she had blood coming out of her and she kept being sick. The vet did X-rays on her and it was the worst news ever, it broke my heart. I was taken into a quiet room where I could spend time with her before she had to be put to sleep. Olivia the vet was absolutely amazing and very supportive and I would like to thank her for what she had done, it was a very hard day, I just have to wait for her ashes to come back. I would also like to thank Kirsty and the nurses for being so supportive too. I would recommend this vets to anyone, I trust them 100%. Thank you once again Olivia and to all of Animed, you guys are truly amazing ❤️❤️❤️

I have been going to Animed for over 20 years with various pets, dogs, cats, rabbits and Guinea pigs. Sadly our last visit was to say goodbye to our beautiful precious 16yr old dog Poppy. Whitstable branch were incredibly supportive and sensitive in dealing with me and my daughters. We stroked, cuddled and told Poppy we loved her as she slipped away. I cannot thank them enough for all the years of excellent service and kindness for my poorly pets.

An excellent, professional and always compassionate veterinary practice, The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and always fit my dogs in on the same day .Liam the vet has been amazing with my dogs especially troublesome Elvis my puppy british bulldog. Five star service!

Faversham veterinary clinic are amazing. They show care and love for all of our animals. They always do their best for each individual pet. They are supportive and helpful especially in difficult times. The whole team are friendly and professional. Our pets are so lucky to have such wonderful care.

I have never had a better experience then this vets, they go over and beyond, I will never use anyone else, it's like a big family work base, honestly By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team.Fantastic and caring people here!! We cannot praise Faversham Veterinary Clinic highly enough. Every member of the team is kind, compassionate and understanding. Our three dogs are seen regularly and the care they receive is exceptional, plus they get lots of cuddles too! You are made to feel so welcome and you know your dogs are going to receive the best treatment. Everything is explained in detail, which, as an owner is all that you need to put your mind at rest. I couldn't imagine taking our dogs anywhere else.

I have used Faversham Vets for 6 years for all of my animals and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The vets, nurses and reception team go above and beyond to make sure my pets have the best quality of care and attention. You were the ones who sadly had to put my sweet Ginger (bearded dragon) to sleep and today I just received this beautiful card and forget-me-not seeds from them with their sympathy. It made me cry. They took such good care of her even though they don't have any exotic vets there they brought her out for one last cuddle and goodbye before they took her back as they couldn't fit her a canula for her to be put to sleep in my arms due to too much fluid build up in her body so unfortunately they had to do it without me but this was soo kind of them. Ive never had a sympathy card from a vets with none of my pets I've had to have put to sleep. So I thank them and am grateful from the bottom of my heart 🥰 Miss you baby girl 💔

Cant praise the staff enough for the care they gave to our lovely Chewy. The vet Zuzuana went above and beyond to ensure our wishes of saying goodbye to our lovely boy at home where he was in his familiar surroundings with his family. My 8 month old ragdoll had his neutering done here today and the staff were absolutely lovely. We'd left it longer due to Floki having a potential murmur that was picked up when he was 3 months old and came back and were told everything had now cleared up and the surgery could now go ahead. He was fussed over and loved on by the nurses which I am sure he would have loved. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Vets4Pets in Wincheap and would use their services again in future.
