Cant praise the staff enough for the care they gave to our lovely Chewy. The vet Zuzuana went above and beyond to ensure our wishes of saying goodbye to our lovely boy at home where he was in his familiar surroundings with his family. It was a beautiful send off all made possible at short notice via Zuzuana and the team This meant such a lot to us. A massive thank you from Natalie and Sean

You were the ones who sadly had to put my sweet Ginger (bearded dragon) to sleep and today I just received this beautiful card and forget-me-not seeds from them with their sympathy. It made me cry. They took such good care of her even though they don't have any exotic vets there they brought her out for one last cuddle and goodbye before they took her back as they couldn't fit her a canula for her to be put to sleep in my arms due to too much fluid build up in her body so unfortunately they had to do it without me but this was soo kind of them. Ive never had a sympathy card from a vets with none of my pets I've had to have put to sleep. So I thank them and am grateful from the bottom of my heart 🥰 Miss you baby girl 💔

A fantastic vet surgery. Always very professional and friendly. They are thorough with their examinations and take the time to explain everything to you. I am so glad that my dog is under their care.
