A hole in my extension roof appeared last weekend during storm Bert. This company responded immediately and worked quickly and efficiently to rectify the situation before more damage was done. Can't thank Bill and his team enough, and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Honestly can't thank Bill and the lads enough. After a horrendous situation of my dad being scammed out of a substantial amount of money to not even rectify the problem on the roof. I found Versatile, came across all of Bill's 5* reviews and bit the bullet after hesitation because of what had happened previously with the other company. Bill was very helpful, gave me a time and date when he would be round,he explained what needed to be done, straight down the line with a timescale of when it would be done and price which I really respected. The finishing job is excellent the lads were great, Bill kept me up to date with the progress of the work with pictures and phonecalls. If you want a job doing properly this is your go to !
