We were massively impressed with Snug. We had an old leaky conservatory roof that was in desperate need of being replaced. From the booking to completion, we were kept fully informed of everything. Tradesmen showed up on time and worked incredibly hard (especially the fitters!). We couldn’t be happier with the result. We have gone from an unusable space (too cold to sit in during the colder months) to one which we are happy to sit and eat our family dinners in. Would recommend Snug wholeheartedly - thank you!

Had the team come round and convert our old conservatory into a much more modern and useable ‘orangery’ complete with a Velux skylight and dimmable downlighting. They had the work done in less than 3 days, barely interrupted the daily routine, answered all the questions we had and were great to be around. The plasterer and electrician came promptly after, no delays between workloads and by the end of the week we had an insulated, warm and inviting room to spend over the colder months when it’s usually unusable. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to modernise their home.

Snug replaced our conservatory roof with a light weight roof, all the planning and the week’s work was done exactly as they described and they even helped us with some last minute changes. We had our old conservatory roof replaced in order to convert the room into a playroom. Snug were patient with my questions, explaining all our options but never giving a hard sell, they were also the best quote financially so we chose them which was a brilliant decision. From beginning to end they were both personable and professional. The team who completed our conversion worked unbelievably hard, were polite and tidy and got the job done including all electrical work and plastering in just three days. We decided we wanted to replace our conservatory roof. I contacted Snug conservatory after they had been recommended to me. We are not disappointed. From start to finish the service has been brilliant. The fitters worked so hard in awful weather conditions. Even in freezing weather no condensation on the windows! It’s made such a difference already. The fitters cleaned each day and were friendly but professional. We would absolutely recommend them
