Wouldn't use anybody else. I am not from this Area but am a tradesperson who needed some roofing services in this area and i tried to get in touch with multiple of the other high rated companies but had issue after issue. The other companies would either not turn up when they said they would and just no show or they turned up but didn't actually look at the problem. LBL Roofing actually got on the roof to check the issue and had a thorough look and sent a quote on time, turned up on time. The work was also high quality. Genuinely wouldn't use anybody else in this area now.

In the past, we've had issues with finding good roofers in the Bolton area but that's no longer a problem. LBL were brilliant all round. We needed a roof repair and new guttering but the tiles we needed are no longer manufactured. They did everything they could to find the tiles for us but when that wasn't possible, they came back and installed the guttering. The lads did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Communications with the company was easy, efficient and would highly recommend.

Did a job on my Grade 2 Georgian roof. Roof off, membrane on, replaced some ribs, new batons, relaid original tiles and replaced broken tiles with matching reclaimed. Repointed the chimneys, re capped and did all the lead around the chimneys. Fitted two velum to the back (non listed area). Guttering all done. It looks as it should BUT it is totally weatherproof. Luke and the team were brilliant. Kept on at the job to get it complete. Very nice group of roofers. Cleaned up well each day. Invoicing and Payment was easy at end job. Did everything quoted for at the start of the job. No quibbles. So pleased I selected Luke and team from the 5 quotes I got. It was obvious when I met them that they knew their job. Very thorough and professional. I would Highly recommend this team

Had issues with the roof leaking not long after moving in (sods law!). Luke came out in no time, shot up on the roof and took pictures of everything required. Recommended a dry ridge and verge to ensure things lasted. The lads that came turned up half an hour earlier than the time given and everything was done by 4.30pm with pictures to show the before, during and after. My path was probably cleaner than when they turned up! Felt reassured throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I contacted Frank at Raven Roofing to quote on replacing some damaged render on our dormer. He visited the next day and had a quote back to me the day after. He also explained how bad workmanship had caused the roof and render to fail. Quote was for an EPDM roof with zinc cladding on the sides. I had a good feeling and felt the price was fair so went with them. So glad I did. Frank and Chris were both professional throughout and it was obvious that they are highly experienced. I added on the installation of a sun tunnel, replacement fascia board and some lead work on a sloped roof. Really happy with all the work and would definitely recommended them.

Recently bought a house and we’re ‘enjoying’ all the quirks of home owning. A few weeks ago, we had a leak on our flat roof. We messaged Frank early in the morning, he arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. He acted promptly and the cause of the leak was fixed. Frank was informative and understanding. There has been no further issues so far. We will definitely be using Raven Roofing & Cladding again!

We required some work on our lead flashing and guttering, and Frank came along to assist. He took photos of the roof and recommended what needed to be done, and was very prompt in coming back to start the work. Very friendly team, and very happy with the work done 😊

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank to anyone who needs work doing roofwise. He's just done a job on my roof putting ventilation into tiles that are no longer manufactured. He's gone over and above expectations by resolving the problem rather than saying it couldn't be done!!! He did the job from start to finish in less than a week, including the problem solving and making the roof watertight whilst the tiles were being adapted and refired. I'm delighted with the work he's done and will use him again for any future roofing work. In my opinion he doesn't overcharge and he does a proper job rather than a make-do one.

Called James for a small repair to a gutter. Liam visited, quoted and completed the repair all within 24 hours. He was extremely friendly and professional, and put my mum at ease. Excellent service - only a small job - one many companies wouldn't want to bother with - but these guys did, and we'd highly recommend for other roofing jobs 👍

I rang for a roof repair after some silly named storm, Liam came looked at the job Tuesday and started the job Wednesday and finished today , did a brilliant job , Liam was so very friendly and nice guy ,I would deffo recommend to anyone and if I need to I will use them again .thank you guys

Professional, Friendly and Fast. Had some damage in storm Eowyn that made my roof unsafe. BRR turned up within 15 minutes and made it safe. I had put some funds away for a needed new roof and after hearing a quote I signed up. The work was done quickly and to a fantastic standard. I would gladly recommend BRR to anyone.

Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Lads on site did a good job and were friendly and polite. They tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job. We are happy with the work and the service.

Richard and his son Lewis built a single storey extension to our kitchen, which we now use as an open plan kitchen/living room. He is very friendly and approachable. He keeps you up to date with everything, and talks you through different options to make sure you are happy with your choices. He uses a really good team of tradesmen, we were so impressed with the joiner who fitted our new kitchen, plasterers, electrician and plumber. Everything was co-ordinated to happen at the right time. He even found us a painter at the the last minute, who also did an excellent job. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard and his team. He is dependable and trustworthy and is willing to go the extra mile in order to get the job completed to an excellent standard. We are more than happy with the extension and can’t thank him enough for the work he has done.

Richard and his team have just finished out extension and we are both extremely happy on the quality of the overall build project. Going into our first build project was always going to be a daunting experience, but by choosing Tonge Builders from day 1 we were made to feel at ease. This is the second time Richard has done building work for me. The first time he built an extension onto the back of what was a new build house. The quality of the brick laying put the rest of the house to shame. This time Richard has done some structural work for me, taking out a load bearing wall and fitting the supporting steel. Today Team F, Carl&Dave arrived to complete the project of replacing my leaking garage roof. The lads explained what work would be carried out and completed all aspects in full to a really high standard. The rain was coming in but the lads cracked on and we're very respectful of our property which goes a long way. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was completed in a few hours. Carl and Max, team F, attended today (5.11.24) to carry out an upgrade to my garage. They replaced the asbestos roof, old up and over door and side access door along with the guttering. They arrived on time (despite the M25)! They were very clear in describing what they were going to do and kept me updated throughout the job. They were polite and friendly in their manner and worked diligently to a swift, tidy completion. I was very impressed with the whole experience which is not the usual case nowadays sadly. Firstly Danmarque sent out someone to survey our garage. He priced up everything and told us exactly what they would do. Plus we were told a date for the job. We'd asked for an asbestos roof to be removed. Carl & Max (Team F) came today at 8am. They stripped the roof off in no time. Put new joists across, galvanised steel roof, new fascia boards, guttering, sealed it, lined with condensation felt membrane. Took about 3 and half hrs. Cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish. Lovely job. Well pleased.

Carl and Max, completed a garage refurbishment 4.10.24 (Leeds). New roof, front facias, guttering and down pipe. They were both punctual and professional in their approach. Carl provided a comprehensive explanation of the job that was due to be undertaken. This was helpful as useful for all parties are clear and precise about the job in hand. All through the job, I was consulted and kept in the loop. It was nice as I felt part of the process from start to finish. They were very orderly and cleaned up after themselves ensuring their was no trace of the asbestos or old remnants of the garage was left. Tonny is simply amazing. My roof is a mess but save my life from the mess he just did a trick and saved me atleast £30k. 😀 Not sure how long that fix will last, but when all refused he took that as a challenge, highly recommended for any roofing job.

Contracted out the services of Phoenix Roofing to replace the lead valley which was leaking on the front side of the house. Very happy with the gentleman's workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and attitude. From getting the quote to actually starting and finishing the job, I am very impressed. Lovatts did and amazing job replacing our old roof and installing the new solar system can't fault them from start to finish Craig and Ryan were a pleasure to have working on the house on a daily basis clean tidy and polite workers Lovatts kept us informed and in the loop all the way the way through the instal would thoroughly recomend we had brandstone conservation flags fitted and they look great

1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. I genuinely cannot thank or recommend everyone who was part of our job from Lovatts enough. Absolutely perfect and our bungalow is shining with its new hat. Thanks

Trustworthy, honest and fast. 3 words to describe. Lucy quickly responded to a quote for some potential damage and arranged an appointment for a few days time. A day earlier, Shaun rang and came early (fantastic), he then listened, inspected thoroughly and while the resulting issue required not further remedy, he was extremely kind and supportive. If I ever need anymore work, I'd easily contact them again.

Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Shaun and we will call on Lovatts again for any roofing jobs that need doing.

I had my roof done as it had been leaking, on inspection it turned out the extension roof was not high enough which was causing the water to gather. “Your local roofers” had to take the old roof off (4 bed detached) and they had to correct the cowboy job that had been done previously (make the extension roof higher with new beams) the lads that completed the work where great, had the job done in just under 5 days. I had two projects including a full re-roof to my property, and repair work and cladding to my daughters property in December 2024. All the work was carried out within agreed timescales and estimated costs with no extras. The standard of the completed work was of a high standard. All operatives involved were polite, considerate, and knowledgeable in recommending solutions to the issues experienced on both roofs. All problems regarding leaks, water ingress/roof damage were resolved I would certainly recommend Your Local Roofer should you need advice and guidance with roofing problems.

Fantastic roofer. I’ve used Brion several times since becoming a homeowner and he does a first class job every time. Really knowledgeable and will break down the costs and give options along the way. I always recommend him to everyone. Very hard to find decent trades people but Brion is definitely one of the good guys out there.

After having a major leak I called out a roofer who claimed to have fixed the issue. Next downpour same again. Got Brion out this time as he’s NFRC approved so I wasn’t taking any chances. Fair price, quick and professional work carried out and zero issues since (work was done last summer) even after the terrible winter we’ve had. He’s also done 2 of my neighbours and my mother in laws who are all as pleased as we are. First call if I’ve ever any roofing issues in the future with other properties will be to Your Local Roofer
