Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Lads on site did a good job and were friendly and polite. They tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job. We are happy with the work and the service.

Professional, Friendly and Fast. Had some damage in storm Eowyn that made my roof unsafe. BRR turned up within 15 minutes and made it safe. I can not recommend ALB Roofing company enough, ALB went above and beyond to repair my fathers roof following two failed repairs from 2 different companies. Aaron who is the company owner, came to look at my fathers roof and was astonished by the workmanship previously carried out, especially as we had already paid almost 5k and the roof was still not water tight. ALB roofing Developments Ltd. are members of the NFRC and I read some excellent reviews prior to making my decision to use their services. Response times to emails; as well as the time it took to quote were quick (thanks to Megan for this). The work was carried out by a team of 4 who worked extremely hard in awful weather conditions. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, and the work took 4 days to complete. The MD (who advised me that he has roof OCD) inspected everything at the end of the job, and I now have a brand new roof with a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend this company. Trying to find someone who would replace a skylight, on a Victorian house, wasn’t easy. Renown took on the job, Steve, Connor and Daniel were excellent. They also removed chimney pots and repaired the stacks. 😁

Renown Roofing have replaced our garden room roof. Their quote was reasonable and they worked quickly and cleanly. We are very happy with the job. This was followed by a problem with a leak in the porch. Once again, Steve responded very quickly and completed the job to our satisfaction. We have found dealing with them very pleasant.Excellent communication. Would recommend.

Highly recommend Steve and the guys at Renown Roofing! Steve replaced our guttering, and fixed a few issues with our roof. From start to finish, Steve was always happy to take our calls, keep us updated and answer any 'silly' questions myself (or partner) had. Not too clued up on pricing, but compared to a few other quotes - it seemed about right and the work (touch wood) was all done to a high standard. Wont hesitate to use Renown again!

I phoned Adam and we scheduled a time that he was available. He was easy to get in touch and replied quickly. He came on the date that we agreed, very approachable and friendly. He looked at the gutter issue and gave me a quote, which was reasonable and no nonsense. He then got to work and was done within the hour and paid the amount stated. Adam was friendly, chatty and efficient. Definitely great service from start to finish.

Great service and great price. Sent me pictures of the work before and after so I had the piece of mind the work was done properly.
