Very friendly staff. Bed very comfortable and room quiet even though it's near a main road. Only problem no breakfast served. But a fantastic cafe within a couple of miles.
I would like thank two of the staff, Jack and Zoya, members of the Premier Inn at 219 Bolton Road Manchester for the wonderful and helpful nature in which they dealt with me as a customer. Nothing was to much trouble and always a welcome smile when coming in and out. They are a credit to the company. Thanks to all
Our stay here really exceeded our expectations. There are plenty of car parking spaces and parking is free for guests, we spoke to the receptionist and they allowed us to park for free for the evening after we checked out as we had an event later that day. On our arrival we were given a box of chocolates which was a lovely touch and it really made us feel welcome.
Room was okay except for ripped carpet under bed. Service was good. Location a bit out of the way, just a pub next door, no shops within walking distance but an Aldi & a couple of shops a couple of miles away
