The food was beautifully presented to us and it was delicious! The staff was professional and welcoming. We loved the fact that they allow dogs inside too. Highly recommend this place. Will definately return to try other dishes. Keep up the great work that you are doing!
First time coming here since they changed to venue, very lovely inside, and a warm welcome! We ordered chicken ham and leek pie and a steak burger. The portions were big and the food was absolutely delicious. Hard to find chips that beat them. Great price too. Will definitely be coming again and highly recommend.
Food is wonderful, service a little slow in parts but will be back. Will ask for the cosier area with the exposed brick wall next time as the other side has really harsh white lights with white walls. Not cosy or romantic at all. Very poor choice of non alcoholic drinks.
Fabulous food, my partner said that it was the best fish and chips he's ever had, and he's had alot 😋 I tasted a chip and I must say it was the best chip I've ever had, brown & crispy outside and fluffy white inside. His fish was huge as well. I had goats cheese risotto and my friend had linguine carbonate both of which were lovely. The Albanian waitress was friendly and helpful. The place has recently been done up and was bright and fresh, however, I do think that there's too many imitation flowers, it's beginning to look like a funeral home. Sorry but that's just my opinion.
We held a 40th birthday party here at The Rivington. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had our own sweets cart and decorations for the cart which needed assembling and some table shuffling which was accommodated for, prior to the party without any issues. The function room was clean. Located on the upper floor with two flights of steps. Note : the Image is only the front bar area, there's more room and seating on the other side of the bar area. The toilets were clean with sink and hand dryers. Heated undercover smokers area. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. The food was hot and tasty. We had a great night thank you all.
