What a great evening! Brilliant front of house Mohammed looked after us perfectly. Very friendly, considerate and helpful. A really family atmosphere. The food. Wow, just like the Rusholme branch it was perfect Pakistani cuisine. Massala fish starter, crispy, and melt in the mouth. The kofta, unreal. One spicy one stuffed with cheese. Belting! Chicken tikka, juicy, lamb chops perfect. Pink with crispy fat. Lamb Nehari. The absolute bomb. These guys know what they are doing. Fellmoff the bone. Breads, perfect. Amazing chefs. See you soon! First time visit with 8 friends. Lovely clean restaurant dining area and toilets. Pakistan/Punjab food served here so we ordered a selection of the grilled chicken fillets, chicken and lamb kebabs. Poppadoms, chutneys etc all very nice but special mention for the kebabs. They were different, full of fresh herbs etc and I'm told the chicken is mixed with cheese for a rich creamy taste. Superb. The mains were a mukni lamb (I think) which is meant to taste salty and it was, but was great flavour..We also had some chicken and a portion of daal too, all served desi style on the bone with naan and roti to go with it. Sadly we also had fries, not traditional but nice and fresh not too thin. The food was excellent and although the restaurant was getting busy the staff were all over things, great service, no waiting and the young lady serving was really helpful and friendly. In short, nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent and I'm coming back soon. Thank you Lal Quila, great food in smart tidy surroundings.

Absolutely gorgeous food!! Me, my husband and youngest went here for a curry. All had Chicken Korma and it was gorgeous!! Staff friendly and polite, definitely visiting again soon xx
