Absolutely loved our dinner here. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and above all amazing food! Can’t find a single fault and can’t wait to go back the next time we’re in Manchester.

I'll start this with how I usually end good ratings. 6 stars. Now we are past that, yes, it does live up to what you have heard. Every aspect of food, service, and atmosphere gets a tick. The food options speak for themselves, but I do believe the ambience they have been able to build and sustain to match the food offering is what will keep them popular for a long time to come. Add this to your must try list and no reservation, no party I'm afraid so get there early!

A beautiful meal and great service! A visit for 2 for 3pm on a Saturday, booked a few weeks in advance and a £20 deposit paid. Parked for free at the back near the bakery. Arrived 15 mins early and were seated whilst our table was prepared, the wait for this was only a few minutes. Taken to out table and water preference taken, then a server came over to ask if been before (my broth had) but guided us in how to order, make some recommendations and told us the specials. Really useful advice in regards to quantity of what to order for 2 and was then left to decide what food to order whilst water was poured and other drinks order was taken. We ended up ordering 4 dishes and a side and then a dessert each but we shared all the food. The food was delicious, really tasty and fresh, highlights were the Pelmeni and the spatzle with sage and butter sauce, so good! The staff were very attentive but too much, atmosphere was good as it was busy but not too crowded or rushed. Did order 2 desserts (Panna Cotta and the cinnamon brown sugar butter spatzle) but ate it too quickly before getting a picture! Highly recommend!

Amazing food and great attentive staff. I have been twice now and it has not disappointed any way. The choice on the menu is a fantastic and the food is so good. The staff are so good at what they do and make you feel so welcome and are happy to help you through the menu and the drinks.

Visited Pearl as a group of 7, and the ambiance was pure magic—dim lighting, chic bistro vibes, and great music. The service was lovely, and the wine list is exceptional. While the food didn’t quite wow me (the brisket was dry, and the brûlée flavours weren’t to my taste), others in the group loved their dishes. It’s a stunning spot with a special atmosphere, and I’d go back to try the roast, which I’ve heard amazing things about. A gorgeous experience overall, just shy of perfect for me.

I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this place was excellent every dish was delicious and served properly to 5 people all at the same time. Wine and other drink delicious too. Yes, you do pay for the quality of the food but it was easily worth it. Well done. PS: My opinion of the lamb belly, delicious but could be improved with a mint flavour either in a sauce or on the peas.

Had our first meal here last night and I have to say we were thoroughly impressed! A really nice addition to Prestwich, and something a little different. You feel like you’re somewhere completely different when you’re in there; it’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere and feel, with very friendly staff. The food was stunning, we started with bread and Pear Chips, moved on to the Isle of Wight tomatoes for myself and Salmon for my partner, then as mains, I had the beef and my partner had the Seabass and we shared a tart tartan to finish. Everything was incredibly high quality throughout, and well thought through. The staff were also fantastic, really personable, provided great recommendations and were very attentive, but in a relaxed way. It is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. The portions are the right size for this type of restaurant I would say too. Would definitely recommend a trip out to give it a try!

A fantastic date night spot! Enjoyed an amazing meal with my fiancée over Christmas, the staff were a right laugh with a great sense of humour which was really refreshing! The food was incredible, as were the cocktails. We’ll definitely be returning! P.s love the staff portraits around the room 👀🤣

Popped in for cocktails, the staff were great, and the drinks were very nice. Our first time here, we only went in for drinks but will be back to try the food I'm sure. The staff were lovely, and the decor really nice. We ordered our drinks and went through to the covered beer garden through the back. The seats were comfy, it's all under cover and if its cold there's heaters and blankets too.

First time at Gorge and it was "gorge". Nice friendly service, and the tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. It didn't need a sauce but they have a range to choose from if that's how you like it. Good wine list too with mellow South American music in the background. Also the vegetable sides were delicious. Usually sides are an afterthought, but these were tasty and went well with the steak. They've done a good job here. PS: Suggested improvements - please provide toothpicks - after people's steak and you need another toilet.

Really amazing food. So impressed with the quality and the service was wonderful. Really amazing experience and can’t wait to go again. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the area! We went to a fine dining restaurant and osma this weekend and this was our favourite place by far!!! 10/10 ❤️

I visited Gorge with my husband and and 11 year old for a NYE meal. It's a local restaurant for us and this was our first time dining here. We booked our table in advance. My husband requested for a rare rib eye steak and it was cooked to perfection! I had the chicken au gratin with rice and it was just lovely! My daughter had the Gorge Mess without the hot sauce and she ate the lot! She loved it. What was really nice was that we didn't feel rushed. The service was paced nicely and it's all priced very reasonably. Atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly... no one cared that we had a few games of uno with a pint. We will definetly be visiting again! 3 meals, 2 deserts, 2 pints and a sparkling water was £90. Thank you x

It’s took awhile for this new venture to get to where it’s supposed to be, but it’s managed to get there finally and I can tell you that the food now is I would say the best Turkish on the strip Initially when it first opened it wasn’t the impact it was supposed to have and I think it took them awhile to find their feet but the food now is fresh. It’s got a very good individual flavour to each of its dishes and it is enjoyable Is it for money? Well comparably? I would say that it is a place now that is worth going for if you want to have a nice Turkish meal does it have the atmosphere of Istanbul? No it doesn’t it’s not 100 150+ seater environment and I think that intimacy allows for more individual technique and better prepared food to come onto your table . As I’ve heard from several and many others who are hard-core Turkish eaters, it is pretty much the best one on the hills I think it’s worth giving a try

We had a great experience! The staff was friendly, and the place was very clean 🧼. We ordered the grilled salmon, which was cooked perfectly—nicely done and not overcooked. The bread service with sauces and olives was absolutely delicious. The only feedback we have is about the green tea. We expected it to be prepared in a traditional way, but it was just a tea bag in hot water. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We would definitely visit again!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, the service was beautiful, and the perfect atmosphere. I’ve ordered a mix grill for one with rice and I couldn’t finish it on my own cause the portions are so large! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone ! I hope soon you will start delivery ! I will definitely come again soon .

Great food as you can see by the pictures, I ordered a mixed grill and the meat was cooked nicely it was tender, the side salads was good and the decor was really nice, the price was also ok, will probably be back soon

First time visiting with family as a recommendation. Food was spot on (bonus of 50% off for a limited time too). Partner had a fillet steak which was huge, whereas I opted for the Chicken and Pancetta. Each portion was well presented and we had the best server (didn’t catch his name but he was a great character from Bulgaria/Portugal). Very welcoming place and we’ll definitely be back! (Although we didn’t have any pizza, they looked amazing and the garlic bread was awesome!)

We had another perfect evening here. The flavor was all exactly on point, everything cooked to perfection - the finest Italian we ever did eat 🍝 including the starter, mains (pizza and pastas) and of course dessert 🍨 The drinks were a treat!! We had an old fashioned, espresso martini and some baileys too. I can not recommend this restaurant enough!! It will always be our favorite to keep coming back to. The service was immaculate, the atmosphere is charming and the staff are all incredible 😍 Thank you for another wonderful time and for making us feel welcome! We'll be back soon!

I had a great experience here! The place was clean and well-maintained, which immediately made a good impression. The food was delicious and well-prepared, meeting all expectations. Thoroughly enjoyable first visit. Clean, bright and welcoming environment, plenty of seating. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I completely over-ordered for 1 person but I wanted to try as much as I could. I got a portion of lamb seekh kebabs (4), a chicken curry from the weekly menu, a Kabuli rice and a garlic naan. I think things got lost in translation when ordering the rice, I was after pilau, and the staff member pointed at this amazing looking rice and said the name I didn't quite catch and I said "go for it", love trying new things. Turns out Kabuli is a rice dish made using caramelised carrot, lamb and raisins. It was absolutely delicious, though I looked a bit ridiculous with the amount of food I had. The lamb kebabs were superb, and actually a lot spicier than many I've had and it really worked because of it, they had a real kick. Plenty of flavour and nice aromatics in them too with a nice charred / smokey taste. The chicken curry was just what I was after - nothing too complex, just a hearty and flavoursome authentic chicken curry, would highly recommend. The chicken was soft, there was just enough sauce, and it had just the right level of flavoursome oil to mop up with the naan. The naan was a highlight, both soft and crispy, with a nice garlic flavour and finished with fresh coriander leaves. Came to £27 for one person but could have easily fed 2-3 and half of it has come home with me. 10/10 and I'll be back for more.

Went for a birthday meal, and everything about it was amazing. The food the service and the staff. We ordered mixed grill, lamb biryani and fish. Everything was cooked perfectly, the chicken tikka was delicious and lamb chops were really good. The manager looked after us throughout. The service was very quick.

Was here on 25.01.25 for breakfast. The food was delicious and authentic, reasonably priced, and the ambience was impeccable. The service was great! Bonus on top was the convenient parking right behind the restaurant. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommend!

Did my sisters nikkah event here, the food was better than the top class halls, service was immaculate, staff was very friendly and supportive. Mr Riyaz went above and beyond to make sure this event ran smoothly and perfect- will recommend anyone that wants a small private event to consider this place!!!!

What an amazing place which serves fantastic authentic style food & fresh off the grill. Superb customer service especially from manager Arif. Everything was on point & couldn’t complain about even the minor things. Arif definitely made our experience one to remember. Came across this gem of a place when searching for halal food nearby. Loved it!authentic pakistani food and top notch customer service. They were amazing with kids too and our kids normally very fussy when they eat their desi food but they loved the parathas. The owner even gave us complimentary rice which was a very sweet gesture. I could not take pictures of all the food as it was all demolished before I could even take pictures of it. But highly recommend to try their samosa chaat.

Alhamdulillah had a Desi breakfast And i was amazed buy the taste it was exactly like Pakistani taste one we used to had back there. Highly recommend for breakfast they got loads of options

Had the pleasure of trying Palau Wala, and it did not disappoint! The rice was perfectly cooked, fragrant, and full of flavour, while the shami kebab and chicken were as authentic as you’d find in Pakistan.
