He is hugely knowledgeable and always provides comprehensive breakdowns of job options and costings. I have called upon his services for the last five years and I greatly appreciate his eagerness to complete every job to the highest standard. I have recommended Andrew to several people. Dedicated professionals are harder to come by than I had previously believed. It's good to know that I can always rely on Andrew for my plumbing and heating needs.

Andrew arrived early after ringing me to let me know and he removed and fitted a new thermostat for my heating. He was professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him. In fact I have booked him in for further work. You can't go wrong with Manor Vale. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew and his team came in and saved us as we had had no hot water for weeks and had been let down by what I can only describe as a conman. He fitted a boiler and thermostat he had never heard of, which we had been left with, and made safe our electrics and plumbing. He then talked us through the instructions. (Hillyfields) What can I say that hasn't already been said by other people? Absolutely brilliant service from Neil and Sean, a father and son team. Came as booked on time and in as little as 20 minutes the problematic job - Which Severn Trent said was "fat and grease" - was identified (blocked sewer pipe) and carried out successfully. Neil and Sean even cleaned down after themselves, which was really appreciated. I have already told my neighbours and my friends about Clear Flow Drains...if you want proper service, then CFD are a 100% your go to guys! They accept cash and card.

Mark was professional, reliable and friendly. He fitted a new boiler, radiators, timer, two toilets and new flooring. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Mark also made helpful suggestions along the way. He worked hard and left everywhere clean and tidy. The work was finished on time and there were no hidden costs. Chris + Ryan are a likeable and capable team who dealt very positively with a challenging job: removing a Rayburn range + large water cylinder + replacing them with a new combi boiler. The job has been finished to a high standard inside + out, and I was touched and grateful for their concern + understanding when I had a bad fall part way through the work!

We had quite a complicated job moving from 2 old boilers to one new system and also some bathroom plumbing works. The team were great from first visit to assess our options through to Chris and Gaz who completed the work finding solutions to minimise the visibility of the additional pipework required. Reliable, professional and great quality work. I contacted Matt Plumbing and Heating about changing our kitchen tap and fixing a broken pvc pipe under the sink. Everything was done the next day morning. I am very satisfied with their job and will call them again when I need a plumber.

I had a problem with my Megaflo water cylinder. He was able to find the issue over the phone. He guided me through few steps in order to show him the affected parts and then he provided us the solution. Highly recommended!
