Very professional service, highly recommended. I called Jack and sent some pictures via. Whatsapp. He quickly identified the issue and was able to complete it the same day. Our leaky valve was replaced and our heating system is working much better.

I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

Came on time - rang me beforehand to check, very friendly, polite and helpful. At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

I’m very grateful to Gee and his team for the plumbing and heating work done in our home. We needed various upgrades and repairs to the central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

Really pleased with our new central heating system. New boiler, radiator’s and pipe work fitted to spec and to a high standard. Gee and team are very helpful, professional and hardworking and take great pride in their work. Communication and punctuality has been excellent and gave great advice before work commenced. Outstanding. Gee and the team did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen flooring, removing our kitchen island and reassembling to do a “propper job”. We just trusted them to get on with the job and came back to an immaculate kitchen. Martin was very professional and managed to solve my 2 issues in a timely manner. From accepting my work request he arrived within an hour and quickly got working on the diagnostics. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and once price was confirmed and agreed, got to work in fixing the problems. He replaced the switch and fuse for the bathroom lights / extractor fan which was causing the electrics to trip and also fixed a broken / wonky light panel in my kitchen. I highly recommend Martin and will use his services again in the future if required.

I had Martin come out to repair a water leak in the central heating system, an issue the previous owners had ignored. Martin quickly diagnosed the problem and carried out the repairs efficiently. Martin was great! He came out late at night to fix my boiler issue. I’ve been having cold showers for a few nights and so glad to have hot water now. He fixed the electrical issue and also the leak. The drainage issue in the toilet sink is all fixed too! He’s also overall a great guy too! Happy customer right here 👍

When I spoke to Lee and explained what the problem was (blocked bathroom toilet) he was very helpful. Ben and Preston came shortly after and quickly resolved the problem. Same day service. A job well done. I found both Ben and Preston knowledgeable, efficient and easy to get along with. After fixing the problem they tidied up after and left my bathroom clean. Lee is a brilliant plumber, who saved me hundreds of pounds, by repairing several old taps, which other plumbers had insisted needed replacing. He is extremely proficient, friendly and enthusiastic and clearly focussed on delivering the best outcome for his customers. We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Called Bearwood Gas Services as our fire had broken. I called during a weekend and they arranged to come out on the following Monday. They arrived exactly at the time that was arranged and were polite, professional and very efficient. The problem was found and solved very quickly, and at a very good price. Best service I've received from any callout I've had previously. Came home Wednesday evening to find my boiler leaking from the bottom, quick google search I managed to find these local guys. They came out within the hour and identified the issue within 15 mins, made my boiler safe and ensured no further issues would happen. They said they would order the part required on Thursday morning. They sent me a price for the part and installation on Thursday and were here on Friday afternoon fitting it. VERY competitive pricing and will highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their boilers. Communication through out the process was top notch.
