This is the second time I’ve used Richard and he is quick to respond and a real professional. Both times were to deal with wasp nests and with excellent results. I would definitely recommend him.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

I recently had an incident where my home was infested with bed bugs. After calling Monsterkil I was quickly booked in. Sam was very helpful and efficient at managing the issue and gave great advice for how to prevent this happening again. Thanks so much, overall great service.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Predator offer an excellent service with very efficient and friendly technicians. We have a wasp's nest problem, they will keep coming back for several weeks to retreat with no further charge if necessary, in our case this is due to the nest being difficult to access around/below the rafters. We have had issues with mice in various areas. I contacted Predator and they attended on the same day which was great. Richard the engineer was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and told me what areas we needed to proof. I recently had a problem rats and called Predator for help. From the initial conversation to the final follow-up, their service was outstanding. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in their work. They quickly identified the source of the problem and recommended a treatment plan that got rid of the rats completely. They also gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future issues and undertook work to prevent the rats returning. They came out the next day after a quick phone call, dealt with the issue. Liaised with our builder to block the entry so problem solved super quick.
