Catch It Pest Control are just fab. They answered a late call and had Matt Smith come over so soon the morning after. He was super reassuring and helped me through the worst mouse phobia! The problem was over within a day and in glad to say I haven't seen another mouse in well over a month now. Extremely happy with the service!

Despite me being out of their catchment area, Matt was unbelievably helpful in advising me the best way to tackle this ongoing infestation and he has genuinely improved my mental health knowing there is hope in fighting these pests! Great service - I contacted the company as we’ve had an issue with silverfish over the past year and others were not able to solve. We were advised to go for the fumigation service and the person who came, Matt, was great in explaining where the issue stems from and how we can reduce the chances of it happening in future. He was on time, friendly, and very detailed in how he went about his job, also providing great input into choosing humidifiers that would help combat the insects going forward. He carried out a very thorough evaluation of the area, made multiple visits to check traps, used legal humane methods, and blocked up all holes as well as gave really great advice for future and how to avoid future issues. Matt was also really friendly, easy to have around, and is knowledgeable on his trade which helped put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend this company.
