When someone picks up the phone and is that amazingly accommodating on every level, is the moment when we put our faith back to being human. James, not only educated me on these incredible insects, but also presented such a positive, descriptive and relaxed attitude to dealing with the problem. An ants nest, that laid in our kitchen walls. Ants are quite incredible. But the journey of these ants followed to our kitchen surfaces, which was not that incredible. James is dedicated, passionate and inspiring with his wisdom. Seriously this is a personal business to help anyone with a pest problem. Thank you James. Your service was quite incredible.

I originally contacted James though his website and he called the same day, coming out to check our loft within 2 days. Great customer service.
