I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Michael came round to advise me on rats. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.

Pests Away were quick to contact us, quick to come out (and on time), and they were very clear with instructions on what they were doing re: bait and traps etc, and more importantly what we needed to do to stop the problem reoccurring. I would highly recommend.

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond. Again this problem was solved in under 48hours the mole was sent packing. On both occasions Paul was fast to respond, extremely proffesional, humane and overall very friendly. After some searching finally found someone helpful. Des came and removed a dead fox cub from the garden. He turned up on the day I called and on time and was very professional. Would recommend
