Sian promptly assessed and identified all possible entry points and sealed off all problem areas, which still allowed ventilation but not access to pests. Sian was considerate by not using poison with traps as she didn’t want them my two dogs getting second hand poisoning in case one of them caught a rodent - I greatly appreciated Sian’s care with this. Finally Sian showed integrity with her treatment plan and the costs involved, as well as being on hand and available for any advice I needed related to the rodent problem. This showed me that she actually cared about helping us. Hopefully I won’t have to use pest control again but if I do, then I will certainly be coming back to Sian as I know she will deal with the problem in a quick, careful and professional manner.
