Called Richard regarding a wasps nest found in the loft. We arranged a time for him to come. He was on time and extremely polite upon arrival. He explained everything he was going to do. Richard is extremely knowledgeable describing how the nests are created. He was very aware I had young children in the house and made sure we kept doors shut and explained if they are stung to seek medical attention straight away as they had not been stung before. The service Richard provided was top notch. I would highly recommend him.

What a gentleman Rick is . He was very quick to respond to our enquiry and not pushy about getting the job .
