Robert has come to the house a few times to sort the issues we were experiencing. He's always been prompt and gone above and beyond to reassure us and explain what the options are. I highly recommend using ABRA and have shared their details with neighbours.
My balcony is now clean and pigeon free! No more cooing through the night. The back end of my wrap-around balcony was repeatedly covered with pigeon poop because the birds would perch around the outer perimeter and the hand rail. Pigeons had taken up residence in a roof drain opening that exited through the wall underneath my balcony. There is also a soil pipe along the adjacent wall (also below my balcony, laying horizontally) on which the pigeons were perching and using as a toilet, dirtying all the neighbours' windows below.
Robert hooked me up with bird spikes along the problem areas and the soil pipe. He netted the drain to keep the birds from entering, but still allowing the water to drain.
3 days later, my balcony is still clean and it appears the pigeons have moved on to sleep elsewhere.
I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.
