Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone. Great experience all round. I've been using a major name company the last 6 years for a rat issue that I was told was just the joys of being by a river... Daniel arrived and within an hour had found a defective drain that has now been sealed for 6 weeks and no noise or sightings in the last 4-5 weeks. Gutted not to have found this man 6 years ago.
