Ben was very thorough in exploring where the rats could be getting into my house. He was warm and friendly, and responded promptly when I contacted him. He talked through the work he was doing, made recommendations, and clearly wanted to help me solve the problem of why the rats kept coming back. Would recommend.

Ben has been absolutely brilliant! He was calm and reassuring on the phone during our initial call, offering his extensive knowledge and advice free of charge. He then came out promptly (despite it being the Christmas holidays) and was quickly able to confirm the source of our problem, putting a plan in place to resolve it. He came back for two further visits, and by the end of the final visit the problem was fully resolved (it’s now a week later and I can say it is definitely sorted!) He was very reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this family run business if you ever find yourself with a pest control problem.
