Fantastic helpful and knowledgeable. James was super friendly and made himself available, fitting into our schedule to come out in response to our “pest” issue. Sorted after 2 visits! I originally contacted James though his website and he called the same day, coming out to check our loft within 2 days. Great customer service.

James was fantastic. We had him for 3 visits over 3 weeks, and saw massive results, even after the first visit. He was incredibly communicative and friendly, reassuring us on any worries we had and explaining the process clearly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about where the pests would hide, and where they might be coming from. Would definitely recommend.

When someone picks up the phone and is that amazingly accommodating on every level, is the moment when we put our faith back to being human. James, not only educated me on these incredible insects, but also presented such a positive, descriptive and relaxed attitude to dealing with the problem. An ants nest, that laid in our kitchen walls. Ants are quite incredible. But the journey of these ants followed to our kitchen surfaces, which was not that incredible.
