I called Steve on Monday morning with a flea problem. He was prompt, polite and very affordable! Having phoned round other pest controllers who were very expensive and couldn't come out for days I was so relieved to find Steve. He has completely got rid of the pesky fleas in one treatment and offered lots of advice and information with a smile. Me being the worrier I am I've phoned him a couple of times since for reassurance and he has always been more than happy to take my call. I highly recommend him I'm a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this company I recently moved into a property and it became apparent very quickly that we had rats in the cavities and attic. Prior to Franks visiting we used 2 other companies, neither of whom rectified the situation. Frank was thorough and has completely addressed our issue in just four visits. Drain survey, rat flaps, traps and poison, and fingers crossed 🤞 no unwelcome visitors since. He was professional, friendly and extremely non judgemental, I would always use this company before any others going forward.

We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.

Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete. Service I would rate as excellent and whilst time will prove that the problem has been completely solved, we have not experienced further problems since completion of the work. I had a large wasp nest appear unexpectedly near my back door, and it was becoming a real danger. Terri and Dave came out the same day I called and dealt with it quickly and professionally. They located the nest, explained everything clearly, and had the problem sorted in no time. They were polite, efficient, and made sure the area was completely safe before leaving. I haven’t seen a single wasp since. It’s such a relief to know the job was done properly. Top service from start to finish — I’d definitely use EradiControl again and recommend them to anyone with pest problems.

Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside. Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.

Discovered I had rats on a Saturday morning. Called a couple of companies who claimed to attend at weekends but each said it would have to wait until Monday. Called Eradicontrol and they came out at the weekend. They were very reassuring and I felt like the matter was in good hands. Very good service. Would use again, but hope I never have to!

I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. From the outset we felt in very safe hands and had great confidence they would solve the problem. Very happy!

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.
