Discovered I had rats on a Saturday morning. Called a couple of companies who claimed to attend at weekends but each said it would have to wait until Monday. Called Eradicontrol and they came out at the weekend. They were very reassuring and I felt like the matter was in good hands. Very good service. Would use again, but hope I never have to!

I had a large wasp nest appear unexpectedly near my back door, and it was becoming a real danger. Terri and Dave came out the same day I called and dealt with it quickly and professionally. They located the nest, explained everything clearly, and had the problem sorted in no time. They were polite, efficient, and made sure the area was completely safe before leaving. I haven’t seen a single wasp since. It’s such a relief to know the job was done properly. Really pleased with the bird proofing work done by Terri and Dave. We had birds nesting under our roof tiles and it was getting noisy and messy. They turned up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently with no fuss. The work looks neat and professional, and we've had no issues since. It’s made such a difference. Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside. Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.
