Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. He located the point they were entering within another five minutes and had dealt with the problem within another ten ...so all together from start to finish about half an hour ! - excellent service...just have to wait for them to die and leave us in peace!! Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

I had moles making a mess of my back garden so called urban pest control. The service was very efficient and professional. John was very knowledgeable and provided good advice…. I would definitely recommend. Hopefully I am now mole free and they won’t return.

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

We needed an additional visit to tackle the remaining bed bugs. The service was pricey, but Thermopest's persistence finally got the job done.

After battling bed bugs for over 6 months, I was ready to move out of my house. A neighbor referred me to this company and they worked wonders. They did a heat treatment that killed any remaining bugs and eggs. As part of their follow up, they also put protective covers on our mattresses just to be extra sure. It's been over a year now with no reoccurrence. I'm so glad I found them!

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

My tenants didn’t want anything done that would harm the mice so Neil was happy to block up any holes found. Quick, courteous, decent price, happy all round. Would recommend.

Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn't find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points - the one under the bath was the one - something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.
