We had a mice issue but was not sure of the origin as they left traces in different places in the house. Sian went around the property and explained where the problem could be coming from. She explained how she was going to proceed and what needed doing. I found her very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly and easy to talk to. She provided an excellent service and took great care knowing that we had a pet and how she could keep him safe, which put my mind at ease. Sian promptly assessed and identified all possible entry points and sealed off all problem areas, which still allowed ventilation but not access to pests. Sian was considerate by not using poison with traps as she didn’t want them my two dogs getting second hand poisoning in case one of them caught a rodent - I greatly appreciated Sian’s care with this. Finally Sian showed integrity with her treatment plan and the costs involved, as well as being on hand and available for any advice I needed related to the rodent problem. This showed me that she actually cared about helping us. Hopefully I won’t have to use pest control again but if I do, then I will certainly be coming back to Sian as I know she will deal with the problem in a quick, careful and professional manner.
