After suspecting we had rats in our loft, we contacted the Pest Stop Boys and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely quick to come round and identify exactly how the rats were getting in. He then put everything in place to sort the issue, being extremely thorough, explaining everything to us along the way and also came back a few days later to check everything was going to plan. What was a pretty nasty discovery was quickly resolved with 5* service. Highly recommend!

Really fast call out time, acted quickly to establish and block up where the vermin were likely to be entering the property and explained clearly how to resolve the issue moving forward. After a week, we have had no further issues. Would recommend!

I used Pest Shop Boys during summer to help with keeping rats out of the house. They were much more thorough than a previous company we used, reasonably priced and coordinated with myself and my upstairs neighbours to ensure the whole building was sorted. They concluded they thought it was the drains so they fitted a valve and it's been a few months now and so far so good! Darren and Jacinta were very friendly and helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish of our “rat” journey Pest Stop Boys were a brilliant company. Myself and neighbour had a rat infestation, they were in the walls and under floors between our houses. Darren arrived and we instantly felt reassured. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt like he was “on our side” and fighting this battle with us. He undertook an extensive review of the house, garden, drains and lofts. He made two return visits and fitted a one way valve in drain outside, lay poison and also filled holes we discovered in kitchen. Pest Stop were super responsive and made return visits until we were reassured we had won the war! I was also incredibly impressed at how their services were priced in comparison to other pest controls… Thank you Pest Stop Boys.. we are now sleeping peacefully again.
