Recommending, fast and easy, I asked for ASAP and he was within 3 hours, on time with great communication. He has knowledge about his job and very simple ways to explain it to customers. House was sprayed top to bottom and I was given a guarantee that If problem still will be there, second spay will be for free. Thank you Piers!

We used New Guard for a mouse problem. Piers was very prompt and knowledgeable and I was very reassured having initially felt quite panicked that we would be infested. The problem was promptly and fully resolved. Would definitely recommend and although I would hope not to have to use pest control in the future, Piers would be my first port of call if I did!

Piers was amazing from the first phone call. I noticed we had a mouse called him and he was here not long after. Excellent customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable. He could see I was in panic mode and reassured me that it was would be fine. He did a total of 3 visits with the mouse being caught on the second visit.
