We had a problem with rats and were looking for a local company to help us out. A friend recommended Nature in Balance and we were very pleased they were able to come out so quickly. The man who came, Justin was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. I would use again and highly recommend them to others.
Woke up in the night to hear scratching in the loft and thought that we would be in for few sleepless nights. Called Justin at Nature in Balance on the Saturday morning and was amazed when he said he would be with us within 2 hours. Justin arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and importantly very tidy. After putting traps down he reassured us and made an appointment to return in few days and again arrived on time. The problem is now sorted and Justin even fitted a small camera in the loft so that we could see the little blighters in action. Brilliant service, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to find someone who does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I cannot recommend Justin and his team highly enough. Thank you!
Removal of wasps nest near a fish pond- Justin removed the wasps nest in a way that was safe for our fish and pond. He was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and use again.
After having a few sleepless nights with scratching in the roof, we called Justin out to help. He was responsive, approachable and having laid traps in suspect locations he helped us get rid of the mice that were driving us mad! Reasonably priced and professional. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
Having hens can mean the unwelcome arrival of rats. To sort the issue out we called Nature in Balance and the service was great. Justin was full of helpful advice, made sure that any measures would not cause harm to our cat, dog or hens too. He followed up, was easy to contact. Overall a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
