Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Craig is so knowledgeable and professional and such a super chap as well. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to others. P.S. and excellent prices.........

100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.

I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.
