Lewis was great and very helpful. We had a leak from our bathroom and were convinced we had a rat or squirrel issue. He was able to quickly identify the issue and recommended a drain survey and didn’t charge us. We will need to use Lewis once the work from the drain survey has been completed and we will definitely be using Lewis for the rest of the work!
Friendly and highly knowledgable. Patiently explained everything to my elderly in-laws and made them feel reassured and safe. Absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them and their excellent, responsive services to anyone. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
