Chris was efficient, punctual and provided good service, he removed the decomposing fox and disinfected the area in the pouring rain. I checked the area a few days later and it was if nothing was ever there. I would happily use his services again.

Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. Saw a mouse in my hall one morning which scurried into dining room. I have a phobia about mice so needed someone out quickly! I phoned this company and they came out pm. The operative was very thorough,professional,pleasant, helpful,and assured me mouse had gone! Also looked all around including garden for evidence. Very pleased.

Lady Bug came the day following a phone conversation about suspected mice in a cupboard under stairs after finding rice and debris in my son’s school shoe!! Freak out obvs and my worst nightmare any sort of rodent or bug! Lady Bug were very friendly and knowledgeable from the outset. When the technician came he reassured me that the problem was easily resolvable. The technician also checked the kitchen and confirmed there wasn’t any evidence of them being there (thank goodness) and gave me signs to look for to see if they had. He advised on sealing up some areas to stop them from coming in. They’re due another visit next week (Ladybug not the mice!) and have advised us after this visit to seal up some holes etc in the cupboard as this is where they’re coming in. If you have any pests you need to get rid of I’d really recommend Lady Bug!
