He suggested alternatives to save me money. Who does that these days? I got new locks on my doors. Graham and his team are coming round next week to have a look at my leaky windows and to fit security cameras. I had seen a glowing referral for Graham/Alert Locksmiths, from someone that I knew locally. The fantastic review definitely gave me the confidence to phone. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Amazing service. He completed the job with no hassle and went the extra mile finish on the day. I booked the job with some other company and last minute they told me it couldn't be done because of the height restriction in my carpark, they blamed it on the type of equipment required. But this guy managed to get the job done, to a very high standard I must say, without me having to get the car out of the carpark as the other company suggested. Saving me 300 pounds! Darren was extremely helpful to replace our front door mechanism & locks aswell as a new back door handle. Always very punctual & polite and was very responsive on all communication, would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man.
