Wonderful Electrician! Matthew and his apprentice came to our rescue as we needed a new socket for our ring alarm and an outside light! What a great service from this shop. In the past year I've bought a tumble dryer and a fridge freezer from them. On both occasions, delivery was the next day for no charge. We needed an electrical safety survey completing on a house to progress the sale. The survey was arranged the same day. A team of two very personable and professional guys turned up within 40 mins and completed the survey in less than 2 hours. They indulged my curiosity and explained how several anomalies still worked safely. The completed report plus recommendations were emailed to me by the end of the day. All in, first class and at a very competitive price.

We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. We would tell anyone to give them a call, speak to Chris and he will sort you out.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.
