I contacted this company who got back to me straight away to arrange an electrical safety survey. They kept in touch throughout. Tom and Sean came to do the survey, they arrived early and gave an absolutely first class service. Tom even sorted a couple of minor issues with no charge. As a new landlord, Tom and his team completed my EICR check and all the necessary work required to ensure my electrics were safe and secure and passed the necessary standards. CRE has done electrical work for multiple rooms in my house in leeds but most notably my home bar which he has done an amazing job on. The only biggest benefit of CRE is that they are incredibly reliable which i have found a challenge with other electricians in the area. I have to say a huge thank you. My very elderly parents suffered a total loss of electricity today meaning they had no heating and no electricity for their freezer, fridge, cooking and everything else. I found Smart Wired Electrical on Google as an emergency electrician. From ringing, he was really quick in arriving at my parents property and worked speedily to find and resolve the issue. What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved. We used Peter to upgrade some of the old sockets in our house from single to double ones, to install a few new ones and change a pull light to a switch. Peter installed several plugs, removed old ones from skirting boards and installed some wall lights. He visited our flat beforehand to understand our needs and give us a quote. He was able to begin the work the following week. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked to a very high standard and left our flat clean and tidy. He even rewired one room entirely to make sure we wouldn't need to this at a later stage after our floors have been installed. Because we're still in the middle of decorating, he left the plugs and lights off the walls to make our job easier and he'll call back at the flat once we are finished! Overall, I would highly recommend Peter. His price was really fair, he completed the job in a timely manner and did a fantastic job!

Peter came round on short notice to upgrade our fuse box and install an induction oven after we were let down by another electrician. Did an excellent job, very friendly and happy to explain things. Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.

Our boiler wasn’t working - no display, not turning on, nada. I rang Flora Electrical at 6pm and they were with us within 20 minutes.
