Came at short notice and didn't complain at all when the problem got more complicated than they'd been expecting. Price was very reasonable, happy all round.

I have used Britannia a few times. The service has always been first rate and the work they have done for me has been excellent. They have completed work for me inside my house and outside. Each time they have been professional, careful and have thoroughly checked and tested their work to make sure everything is correct. I’ll continue to use them.

After other people had come to look at my kitchen then blanked me without providing a quote, Britannia have been a breath of fresh air. Darran came the next day and provided a detailed quote for the work - removing an old oven and hob, and fitting a new dual fuel range cooker plus associated wiring needs - the day after. He suggested two days to come for the work, and the only delay then was on my side. I am really pleased with the work that he and Nigel have done.

The Britannia team did an excellent job, fitting our new radiators, servicing the boiler and flushing out our boiler (which the last company we used didn't do, which would have damaged our boiler further). We would highly recommend Britannia for both plumbing and electrical works

David came out at quite short notice after I'd been struggling to find someone. He repaired faulty wiring to a socket and switch for our cooker/oven. He was very polite and responsive and made enquiries about what would be needed including requesting photos of the socket required so he would not need to be in and out for parts. He came out at the time convenient to us and was able to make the repairs quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was very good. Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Haroon was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. I would definitely recommend him, and would happily use him again if I needed more electrical work doing.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Intelec recently completely rewired my house and did an excellent job. Stuart went through in detail the option available and current regulations. As we are currently doing a lot of renovation works to the house there was a couple of months between the first and second fix but Intelec were very flexible and worked with me to get the best possible finish. We recently had Intelec back to our property to install a bathroom fan/outdoor lighting and security cameras. As usual the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. We had eight external lights and three cameras installed (on natural stone walls so no easy task!) and the wiring job on these devices is impressive to say the least as you can not see a single wire on show! Plus all devices were positioned/aligned to perfection using the latest laser technology equipment. This is our fourth onsite visit from the guys and as usual could not be happier with the work/service they provide. It goes without saying we will have them back next year without any hesitation for further electrical work we have in mind. Can't recommend them highly enough.
