James was completely professional and informative whilst installing a new boiler at my property. He was quick and efficient and explained the process of how the new boiler works economically for me as a single female. These things can be daunting! I would recommend him and his services again. Excellent service from ALS Electrical. Prompt and reliable response to fixing electrical issues we had following a house move. New consumer unit, heated towel rail, down heater, extractor fan, switches and sockets all replaced by Ben who carried out the works professionally and without delay. Cannot fault the workmanship. 1st class service and would recommend without hesitation.

He was professional and had such a friendly manner it really made me feel like I was in good hands. The team then did the job in a timely manner, left the place absolutely spotless and even fixed a plug socket for me at no extra cost.
