Absolutely superb service every time. Their patience, kindness as well as incredible expertise cannot be praised highly enough. Jonathon is amazing at solving complex electrical problems. Such a joy to have this help in today’s world.

This is just the best shop in Surrey. Nothing is too much trouble, customer friendly staff and a solution for everything electrical. Jonathan certainly went the extra mile, probably 10 extra miles to fix my hoover today, so appreciate their amazing customer service.

I took in my electric fire as the switch to switch the fire on was not working. The salesman fixed the fire and only charged me for the parts even though it took him quite a while to replace the part required. I was surprised he didn’t charge me labour for his time and he said “no charge, I’m glad we sorted the problem.” Obviously I will be using this shop for all future electrical items. I was very impressed with the service.

Nothing but admiration for the staff at this store. I walked in with an electrical problem and walked out with a solution courtesy of Jonathan and his colleague. I needed two 50m extension leads with a 16amp connection, my knowledge is so limited I had to bring a sample of what I needed all be it much smaller. Jonathan offered to make them up for me and despite a constant footfall of customers was good to his word. They will be my "go to" electrical supplier going forward and I cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, customer centric attitude and above all patience. Again Thank You

I never knew this shop existed. It is so refreshing talking to staff that actually know what they are talking about. Additionally they were so helpful with it. The gentleman that helped me was called Jonathan & he actually went over and above wiring the outside socket and explained everything for me .
