Proffessional company that is prompt and knowledgeable 1 quick appointments 2 putting the customer first 3 charges are for work carried out and no more 4 reliable and good with customers 5 Top of my list for gas safety certs and general Work. I had a boiler problem, previous plumber came up with a heavy bill for boiler repair. Called Dorset plumbing who found the problem ( leaky radiator) not boiler. Great service - Friendly and professional staff who detected issues and fixed faults effectively fast.. No rip off fees for parts or labour. Above and beyond communication at all stages from initial call to repair and invoicing. Would not hesitate to use again in future. highly recommend as they also gave me tips for routine maintaince and what to look out for if issues arise in future.
