Hari took care of the EICRs on three of my four flats, located any issues and resolved them prior to new tenancy agreements. Done politely and professionally. Also completed a full new electrical installation to a top floor kitchen, after I opted to build an acoustic stud wall. Did everuthing as per the spec, which we both worked on + finessed, changed things where needed as per his suggestion, and liaised with the carpenters. / fitters also. Job completed late 2021 and kitchen looks ace!

I asked Ciaran to do a complex job late last year installing two new alarms so they would be fully integrated into an older system. He was able to give good advice as to what I needed to purchase and the whole system worked well after he finished the installation. He also did an earlier job installing 2 new emergency lights which he did both quickly and professionally. His charges were very reasonable, and he arrived on both occasions on time and was friendly and polite and left the place clean and tidy.

We had AM.PS for the installation of storage heaters. They did a great job. Before giving the quote they came over and saw the place, they took measures and assessed every detail. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. Jonathan re-plastered a spare bedroom, installed a new ceiling, removed an air brick, and made good with new coving. Has also installed external security lights and an alarm system. Malik did a great job when moving into a new house, had arranged for him to check out the safety and do an EICR but ended up needing the entire upstairs circuit fault-checked and fixed which was all done in the same appointment. Will be booking again when next needing work!
