Emmanuel was very patient,communicated well and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and safe advice over the phone.I did not require a call out, but i would recommend him for any electrical service in the future.

I rang Emmanuel at 11pm at night, stressed out and panicking as all the lights in the kitchen and all the sockets in every bedroom has stopped working. He answered the call politely and assured me he will be there within an hour to come take look and not to worry.
