Needing a replacement for an obsolete EV charger I contacted several local electrical companies. Sky came straight back with a quote and within less than a week my new charge point is up and running. Great telephone service, competent and efficient installation. Excellent.

Brilliant! Contacted these guys and they were the easiest to work with pre-sale, very quick to respond, let me know exactly where we were in the process and what I needed to supply or do to get the install done, incredibly easy to work with. I submitted pictures of the install using my phone measuring to show positions from the electric feed to where the Tesla charger was to be fitted, along with pictures of the electrics in the house, and they were able to quote me without needing to visit the site. On the day of the installation Eric (I think that was his name!) arrived and was extremely friendly, I showed him the various places relevant to the install and gave him the Tesla charger we were supplying. The installation probably took a couple of hours, he ran the cable immaculately, such a tidy job. He did the necessary works inside including the PEN fault device which is a requirement for Tesla chargers and makes the install more complicated, but everything looks amazing, these guys really do take pride in their work.

We have used Sky Electrical for a number of years. Recently, we moved house, and Sky Electrical made the process easy. Further, they helped solve a number of historical issues on our new property (which was not being certified consequently) in a very efficient, pragmatic and secure manner (and flexible, when dates changed). Thank you to Terry and his team for all your help with our new commercial property in Windsor. The sale went through just before Easter and the rush was on to get compliant before new tenants took occupancy. After a quick call I spoke to a very knowledgable and helpful Terry who took the time to explain all my options with regards to getting the building compliant with EICR and emergency lighting before our tenants moved in shortly after Easter. He was prompt at responding, and fitted me into his schedule in good time and was punctual when he came to do the work - which is a rare trait these days! I cannot rate Frank highly enough! I had an emergency with a plug socket smoking and my mum is on oxygen so not a good combination! Frank kept me calm & arrived very quickly to help. Jake re-wired our entire property after purchasing a doer-upper. He installed a new fuse board and worked with us on the planning of lights, outlets and where power needed to be pulled to facilitate the future works to the property. He works in collaboration with other trades (mainly our plasterer) to ensure cables were pulled and they were both aligned on where things were going - making our life substantially easier during a stressful time. He is reliable and transparent with costs - so much so we trusted him to have keys to the property and worked without us there. I can’t recommend Jake enough - although do note, his singing doesn’t match his sparky skills - room for improvement needed before he considers any X Factor appearance.
